Available in four models, these lightweight handheld drivers deliver accurate driving in a .1Nm – 4.4Nm torque range and feature speeds of 160 - 1800 RPMs. Ideal for low-torque applications such as electronics and plastic products manufacturing. Control up to eight tools simultaneously with wireless communication to controller, and trace work history and data points such as OK/NOK, batch count, torque values and more. A true poka-yoke-inspired system that will reduce errors and improve accuracy throughout your assembly processes.

Panasonic's Poka-Yoke-Inspired Electric Screwdriver System

Poka-Yoke/Stand-alone Model

Improve work quality by having control of the tool's rotation time and the threshold for the number of rotations when fastening screws. Work OK/NOK is displayed with LED colored lamps.

Collect and analyze work data up to 80 tools

Work data such as work time, OK/NOK result and reverse rotation history from rework can be collected and used for work analysis and/or as productivity index. The optional Controller Management Software can collectively analyze work data up to 10 controllers. In addition, work data can be output in CSV format for more detailed analysis.

Ergonomic lever and push-to-start functionality

Designed for comfort and convenience, the Panasonic Corded Electric Screwdriver features an ergonomic lever for a secure grip and a push-to-start function for effortless operation. Perfect for precision work with minimal strain.
